How does the process work?
The process is simple and designed to feel as easy as possible during what can be an emotional time:
- Place your order — choose your piece and complete checkout.
- Send your fur — you'll receive instructions on how to package and post a small amount of fur to our studio.
- We get to work — your fur is carefully set into resin by hand in our studio.
- Your piece is posted to you — beautifully packaged and ready to wear or gift.
What fur can I use?
We work with fur from dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses — almost any beloved pet. You'll only need a small amount (roughly the size of a 50p coin), and it should be clean and dry before sending. If you're unsure whether your pet's fur will work, just get in touch before ordering.
Will I get my fur back?
We know how precious that fur is. Any unused fur will be returned to you with your finished piece, so nothing is wasted and nothing is lost.
How long does it take?
Each piece is made entirely by hand, so please allow time for the magic to happen. Current turnaround times are listed on each product page — we always aim to be transparent so you can plan ahead, especially if you're ordering as a gift.
How do I care for my keepsake piece?
Your keepsake is made to last, but a little care goes a long way:
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to protect the resin.
- Remove before swimming, bathing, or applying perfume.
- Store in the pouch or box provided when not wearing.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
