Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1- 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

- FREE SHIPPING TO ; USA, AUS, CANADA & NEW ZEALAND - £60 And Above
For international orders, delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing for international orders, or extreme weather conditions.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit once they have been dispatched. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for all tracked shipments. You can monitor the progress of your order via the courier’s website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
