 Step 2: Wrap Around Your Wrist Wrap the measuring tape or paper snugly around your wrist – just below the wrist bone, where a bracelet would naturally sit. If using string or paper, mark or hold the spot where it overlaps.

Step 3: Read the Measurement If using a measuring tape, note the number where it meets the end.

This is your wrist size. If using paper or string, lay it flat against a ruler and measure the length in inches or centimetres.
