What materials do you use?

All Crystal Seahorse Jewellery pieces are handmade using high-quality polymer clay and resin. We use lightweight, durable materials to ensure our jewellery is comfortable to wear and built to last.

Is your jewellery nickel free and hypoallergenic?

Our ear wires and findings are nickel free as standard. We can also accommodate hypoallergenic options such as stainless steel fittings — please contact us before ordering to discuss adjusted materials and pricing.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your pieces looking their best: avoid contact with water, perfume, and hairspray; store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; and handle with care as polymer clay and resin can chip if dropped. A soft cloth pouch or jewellery box is ideal for storage.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days via Royal Mail. International shipping times vary by destination — please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

What is your returns policy?
