How It Works

1. Place your order
2. You'll receive a confirmation email with our postal address and full instructions within 2 hours
3. Place a small pinch of your dog's fur in a zip-seal bag to keep it safe and dry. Include a note with your name and order number, and pop it in a well-sealed envelope
4. Post it to us — it's up to you which service, just be aware of the time it takes and whether it's tracked
5. No special delivery needed, just make sure it's sealed securely (we can't create your dog fur necklace without a fur sample)
6. Once we receive your fur, we'll begin crafting your pendant
7. We'll send you a photo for approval before we dispatch

Turnaround Time

Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your fur sample. You'll be kept informed throughout.

• Very light, white, or blonde fur may appear less visible within the resin — please contact us before ordering if you're unsure. We can remedy this with coloured backgrounds if that's an option you'd like to discuss
• Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of this item, we are unable to accept returns
• Each pendant is unique — results will vary depending on fur colour, length, and texture
